How we work

What happens after you send a specification.

Every order follows the same six steps. You get a named person, a clear date at each stage, and something in writing before the next step begins.

01 / The sequence

Six steps, one owner.

The person who quotes your order stays with it through inspection, documents and shipping. At each step you receive the output in writing.

  1. 01 Day 1

    Tell us what you need

Send a specification, a target quantity and a destination port. If you only have a product description, send that. We will ask the questions needed to price it properly.

    • Sourcing brief
    • Indicative price range
  2. 02 Day 2–5

    We find the right factory

We approach manufacturers who already make your product and check they can meet the specification and quantity before we quote a firm price. You see who we are proposing to use.

    • Factory options
    • Capacity check
    • Sample plan
  3. 03 Day 5–10

    You compare real quotes

You get up to three options priced the same way, with goods, freight, duty and insurance shown separately and quoted to your port. Where a sample is worth seeing, we arrange one before you commit.

    • Up to three quotes
    • Samples on request
  4. 04 Week 3–6

    We check the goods

Production runs to the specification you approved. An inspector who does not work for the factory checks the order before it leaves. If it does not match, it does not ship.

    • Progress updates
    • Inspection report with photos
  5. 05 Within 24h of approval

    We handle the paperwork

We prepare the export documents and send you a copy before the originals go to the bank or the carrier. You see the file before anyone else acts on it.

    • Document set
    • Bill of lading
    • Insurance certificate
  6. 06 To delivery

    We stay until delivery

We follow the shipment to discharge, help with clearance, and stay involved if something is wrong. If the problem was ours to prevent, we fix it.

    • Tracking updates
    • Clearance support
    • Claims handled

02 / What does not change

Three things you can count on.

The dates can move. These do not.

One person, start to finish

The person who prices your order stays with it through inspection, documents and dispatch. You are not passed to a queue after the quote.

Checked before it ships

Goods are checked at the factory and again at the container. A failed lot does not leave, whatever the schedule says.

You see the documents first

We send the full document set for your check before originals are released, so an error is caught while it can still be fixed.
