Where we ship from India.

We load from Indian gateways and quote into destinations across six regions. Transit times are planning ranges; the actual sailing and arrival are confirmed at booking.

01 / Lanes

Six regions.

Freight, duty and clearance are shown separately in the quotation. Notes below cover things to watch for in each region.

GCC

Gulf (GCC)

6 countries

Short-haul and high-frequency, and the one region where landed cost is usually decided by duty rather than freight.

Air freight to the Gulf is same-day or next-day, which makes it worth pricing on shortage top-ups.

Sea transit

4–7 days

SAS

South Asia & Indian Ocean

4 countries

The nearest destinations from an Indian port: Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Myanmar.

Transhipment through Colombo is common on the longer of these legs, so we confirm the routing rather than assume the direct sailing.

Sea transit

3–7 days

AFR

Africa

7 countries

Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire and South Africa, cleared through a licensed agent in each destination.

Landed cost is calculated through the port, not to the city. Most importers of these goods get that distinction wrong.

Sea transit

15–25 days

EUR

Europe

7 countries

The most regulated destination we quote for. UK, EU and Swiss compliance are handled as three separate systems rather than one.

Where a product needs a UK or EU responsible person, we tell you before you order, not after.

APAC

Asia-Pacific

7 countries

Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines and China, on both direct sailings and regional transhipment.

Preferential origin claims need the right movement certificate, so we confirm which one applies before the container is packed.

LNG

North America & Oceania

4 countries

The longest legs we quote: the United States and Canada east and west, plus Australia and New Zealand.

Biosecurity is the thing to get right into Australia and New Zealand, and wood packaging must be ISPM-15 marked.

18–35 days

Windows are measured from loading at the Indian port to discharge, exclude clearance, and move with congestion and routing. Air transit is quoted per lane on request.

02 / Origin

Ports we load from.

The gateway depends on the product and destination. We choose the one that fits the cargo and the route.

03 / Destinations

Countries we quote into.

Each row reads sea days then air hours. If the country you need is not listed, send the destination port and we will quote the lane rather than estimate it.

04 / Modes

How the cargo moves.

We choose the mode against cost, transit time and any restrictions on the product.

Freight modes, capacity, use case and transit
Mode Capacity Use it for Transit Cost
Sea FCL · 20ft MD-01 28 cbm Dense, non-perishable cargo above 12 cbm 3–35 days Lowest per cbm
Sea FCL · 40ft MD-02 68 cbm Maximum volume efficiency, single supplier 3–35 days Lowest per cbm at scale
Sea FCL · reefer MD-03 26 cbm Frozen produce, temperature-controlled 3–35 days Moderate, plus power charge
Sea LCL MD-04 Shared Trial orders below 12 cbm 5–38 days Moderate, plus CFS handling
Air freight MD-05 Priority Samples, shortage top-ups, high value, perishable 2–20 hours to the Gulf, up to 2 days long-haul Highest per cbm
Multimodal · road/rail MD-06 Regional Intra-Gulf and domestic distribution within India 1–5 days Low within the region

Send the destination port and the product.

You will get a landed cost to that port, with the lane, mode, transit and duty shown separately. If a lane needs transhipment or a permit, we say so in the quotation.

Before you book

  • Confirm the Incoterm. It changes the landed cost more than the freight rate alone.
  • Check the gateway, not just the country. A different port can change the quote.
  • Tell us the product use. Clearance depends on it, especially for food and textiles.
