A specification, a quantity and a destination port are enough to start. If you do not have a formal specification, describe the product in plain language and we will ask the questions that matter.

The more specific you are, the more specific our first reply will be. Every enquiry is answered by a named officer, not a shared inbox.

What makes a quotation useful.
You will get a better answer, faster, if the enquiry includes the points below. None of them are mandatory, and we will ask for anything missing.
-
The specification, or what it has to do
Grade, purity, moisture, size, strength, colour or performance. A sample photo helps, but the acceptance criteria matter more.
-
Quantity and packing
The order volume, the unit you buy in, and any retail or bulk packing requirement. MOQ is confirmed against the product page.
-
Destination port and Incoterm
Where the goods have to arrive, and who arranges the leg. If you are unsure, say so and we will price the common options.
-
Anything the destination requires
Labelling rules, responsible-person requirements, certificates, or a standard your own customer has imposed.
What comes back
- Up to three options, priced the same way
- Goods, freight, duty and insurance shown separately
- A named officer and a direct line for questions
- A note on anything in the specification we cannot meet
No mailing list, no automated sequence, and no obligation to order.
Check a document first
Ask for a certificate, a licence copy or the shipping document pack before you commit.

Apply to be audited as a supplier. We buy from plants that can evidence their process.
