What this covers.
Tea and coffee are bought on flavour as much as on specification, so every lot is tasted and a retained sample travels with the shipment.
We work with gardens and curing works we have visited, and we disclose the estate, region or cooperative on the certificate so you know exactly what you are buying.
02 / Handling
How it is packed and kept.
Handling terms are set per order. These are the standards we work to by default, and they are written into the purchase order.
